End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and RaceDating ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the RaceDating website and mobile application, including all related services, features, and content (collectively referred to as the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Service.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, RaceDating grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not grant you ownership of the Service or any associated intellectual property.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
Not be prohibited from using dating services under applicable laws.

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Be responsible for all activities under your account.

RaceDating reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
Upload or share unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
Use the platform for fraud, scams, or illegal activities.
Distribute spam, advertisements, or unauthorized promotions.

RaceDating may remove any content or suspend users who violate these rules.

5. User Content

Users may upload photos, profile information, and other content ("User Content").

By submitting content to RaceDating, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You remain the owner of your content but are responsible for ensuring it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Safety and Interactions

RaceDating is a platform designed to connect people. However:

We do not conduct criminal background checks on users.
We do not guarantee the identity or behavior of other users.

Users should exercise caution and good judgment when interacting with others online or meeting in person.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, software, and content associated with RaceDating are the property of the Company or its licensors.

You may not:

Copy or reproduce the platform.
Reverse engineer the software.
Use RaceDating branding without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your personal information.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

RaceDating reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate your account at any time.
Remove content that violates this Agreement.
Restrict access to users who misuse the Service.

Users may also terminate their account at any time by contacting support or deleting their account.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

RaceDating makes no guarantees that:

The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Matches or connections will result in relationships.
All user information will be accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaceDating shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of data, reputation, or opportunities.
Any harm resulting from interactions between users.

Users are responsible for their own interactions and decisions.

12. Modifications to the Agreement

RaceDating reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on the website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
